Teddy Geiger stepped out for her first Grammys on Sunday.
The pop star-turned-singer-songwriter hit the red carpet with fiancée Emily Hampshire ahead of the 61st annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.
Geiger, 30, wore a simple, black off-the-shoulder dress, strappy black sandals and no accessories save for her engagement ring; Schitt’s Creek star Hampshire, 37, wore a white suit (sans camisole!) and rocked a red lip, hoops, a chunky bangle and black clutch.
First-time nominee Geiger was up for the song of the year prize for “In My Blood,” the arena-rock anthem she co-wrote with Canadian heartthrob and longtime friend Shawn Mendes.
The song of the year award went to Childish Gambino (aka Donald Glover) for “This Is America” over fellow nominees “All the Stars” (Kendrick Lamar and SZA), “Boo’d Up” (Ella Mai), “God’s Plan” (Drake), “The Joke” (Brandi Carlile), “The Middle” (Zedd, Grey and Maren Morris), “Shallow” (Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper) and “This Is America” (Childish Gambino, aka Donald Glover).
After the red carpet, Geiger shared a photo with Mendes and other collaborators, writing: “Omg we went to tha grammas house I love u so much each and every one of you!!!!!!!!!!!”
