Is Teddi Mellencamp ready to make amends with Dorit Kemsley? The 'RHOBH' newbie shares where she stands with the wives

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Lisa Vanderpump gave fellow O.G. Vicki Gunvalson a run for her money when it comes to welcoming a new girl into the mix — until now. Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, daughter of John Mellencamp, is the newest Beverly Hills housewife to enter the reality television scene and in a rare move, viewers are responding positively to the addition.

The fitness guru and mom of two visited Jackie and Claudia Oshry of The Morning Breath on Tuesday to share how her life has changed since she was on the show and where she stands now with the high society girls.

“Regardless if I’m getting along with the other women or not, they’re smart [and] they’re hardworking,” says Mellencamp about her percolating tension with Boy George’s shopping buddy and housemate Dorit Kemsley.

Despite being called a “psychopath” by Kemsley on last week’s show, Mellencamp holds no grudges. “Dorit is not malicious,” says Mellencamp. Rather, “She just doesn’t think before she talks sometimes.”

Luckily for the mom of two, fans seem to side with the blonde beauty when it comes to glass-gate and late-gate and Kemsley. But Mellencamp is not out of the woods in terms of drama to come.

Intimating there is some turmoil between her and the beloved Erika Girardi, Mellencamp hints at the “Pretty Mess” singer suddenly ditching Mellencamp’s beach house during a weekend getaway with the girls on Tuesday’s episode. “What you see is our emotions going up and down over a sudden departure,” warns the accountability coach.

“When you put a bunch of strong women together, you’re going to see some [conflicts].”

As Housewives devotees know, it’s never too soon to start thinking reunion strategy — aka couch formation.

“I would assume I’m on the Lisa Vanderpump [and] Kyle couch,” Mellencamp shares with the Oshry sister. Explaining, “From the very beginning, the three of us have gotten along really well. They’ve been very supportive and kind.”

Is there a sophomore year is on the table? “There’s been some hard days, but all in all, it’s an opportunity I wouldn’t have had otherwise,” she replied.

Mellencamp added: “I’m trying to have as much fun as I can.”
