Ted Nugent, a man who at age 30 became his 17-year-old girlfriend’s legal guardian, accused Marjory Stoneman Douglas’s student activists of having "no soul." Nugent is the latest in a string of conservatives to attack the activists, who are, once again, actual children who witnessed a mass murder.

"The dumbing down of America is manifested in the culture deprivation of our academia that have taught these kids the lies, media that have prodded and encouraged and provided these kids lies,” said the conservative rocker and convicted black bear poacher. "I really feel sorry for them because it’s not only ignorant and dangerously stupid, but it’s soulless.”

Nugent, who once called former president Barack Obama a "subhuman mongrel," described the activists as "poor mushy brained children who have been fed lies.”

“They are actually committing spiritual suicide because everything they recommend will cause more death and mayhem, guaranteed,” said the “Jailbait” singer. (Sample lyrics: "Well I dont care if you're just thirteen / You look too good to be true" and "…Officer / Don't put those handcuffs on me / Put them on her and I'll share her with you.")
