Taylor Swift Wins After Kim Kardashian Changes Perfume Launch Date

Swifties, rejoice! Kim Kardashian has delayed her perfume launch date, leaving April 26 open for Taylor Swift Day!

Twitter was on fire after the KKW founder revealed her perfume collaboration with Kylie Jenner would launch the same day as Swift’s highly-anticipated new music. Many speculated she was reigniting their feud, but that all came to a screeching halt on Wednesday after Kim announced she would be pushing the date blaming the bottles weren’t up to code.

“Sadly, we found out today from the manufacturer that a few of our bottles did not pass durability tests while on the assembly line and we have paused production while the team explores the issue further,” Kim wrote on Twitter.

“Together, we have made the difficult decision to delay the launch as we would never release a product that did not meet the strictest of quality guidelines,” she continued. “We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we have a new launch date!”

Fans can’t seem to help but rub the turn of events in Kim’s face.

“why not just say #aprilTwentySix is the day Taylor drops her single and you realized that your perfume will flop,” wrote on follower. “Can’t compete with Taylor’s music hype!!” said another.

Many are just hashtagging #TaylorSwiftApril26th.
