Are you ready for it? Because Taylor Swift is! Dancing With the Stars‘ celebration of the pop superstar’s music is happening next week, and the “Anti-Hero” singer is excited for it.
During the Nov. 14 episode, co-host Alfonso Ribeiro announced that the show had a “special message” from the 12-time Grammy winner herself, who is a self-professed fan of the ballroom bash, and has performed on the show in the past. Swift then appeared in a video on a giant screen on stage. “I can’t wait to see Dancing With the Stars‘ celebration of my Eras next week,” she gushed. “I wish I could be there with you guys, but I’m on tour in Brazil. I will be there in spirit, and I’ll be watching!”

During DWTS‘ Taylor Swift Night, the six remaining contestants — Jason Mraz, Ariana Madix, Xochitl Gomez, Charity Lawson, Alyson Hannigan and Harry Jowsey — will show off their ballroom dance moves to the star’s songs. Swift’s Eras Tour lead choreographer Mandy Moore will join the judging panel as a guest judge for the evening.
Billboard exclusively broke the news of Taylor Swift Night in early October. During a backstage interview after the Oct. 3 show, pro dancer Peta Murgatroyd — who was paired Brady Bunch star Barry Williams (he was eliminated Tuesday, Nov. 14) — told Billboard that a celebration of the pop star was on the way. “We will be having a Taylor Swift week here,” she said at the time, without sharing further information.
That same night, Hannigan — who is paired with pro hoofer Sasha Farber — told Billboard that she really wanted to dance to Swift’s music while competing for the mirrorball trophy. ” I love Taylor Swift!” the Buffy the Vampire Slayer and American Pie actress gushed.
