This week I’m featuring Taylor Swift, the biggest star of her generation and one of the best-selling musicians of all time. Taylor’s won seven Grammy Awards, twelve Billboard Music Awards, eleven Country Music Association Awards, seven Academy of Country Music Awards and one Brit Award. All of this at the age of 25.
This week’s video is “Blank Space,” a tune from her most recent album, 1989. Both the album and the record hit #1 and the video – which was prematurely posted by, um, Yahoo! – was also available as a music video app, of all things. The app let viewers follow Swift and her boyfriend throughout the mansion and “choose their own adventure.”
Whatever. It’s pretty funny and is, of this date, the 15th most-watched music video on YouTube. I hope you enjoy it, as well as the very humorous captions to the still pix.
