Taylor Swift Embraces Her Natural Curls and Surprisingly Ditches Signature Red Lip During Night Out in Sydney

The singer touched down in Sydney ahead of her Eras Tour shows — and her beauty look was unexpected!

She's a curly girlie!

Taylor Swift stepped out with her natural curls flowing free on Tuesday while in Sydney, Australia. Her long blonde hair was loosely styled and blew around her while she swiftly walked from Pellegrino 2000 in Sydney’s Surry Hills to a waiting car.

The "Anti-Hero" singer's hair — which almost appeared darker in the evening light — even showed off some curl in her bangs.

While some fans may want to classify her hair as a certain era — you could say it's very Folklore or even throw it back to Reputation-esque, which also saw natural curly hair — we simply think it's carefree and perfect for a summer girls' night out in Australia.

Swift was doing exactly that with Sabrina Carpenter when she stepped out with her cute curls, also wearing a black corset (reminiscent of the one she wore to the Super Bowl!) with a pleated miniskirt. It's another in a string of stylish miniskirts and skorts Swift has worn in the past few months (exhibit A, exhibit B and exhibit C) proving her love of them and that you can't go wrong with this silhouette (no matter the weather).

The Grammy winner took a trip outside her glam comfort zone and wore a lip color that wasn't her usual bold red, though. Instead she picked a slightly lighter shade.

In contrast to Swift's neutral-toned outfit, Carpenter, 24, who is supporting Swift on her Eras Tour in Australia and Singapore, wore a red and white polka-dot minidress with lace ruffle detailing. She carried a black leather jacket and a Louis Vuitton bag. Also in contrast to Swift, Carpenter wore her long blonde hair sleek and straight (though her bangs did have a bit of curl to them!).

Swift and Carpenter landed in Sydney ahead of the first Eras Tour show at Accor Stadium on Feb. 23. The duo will play four dates at the Accor Stadium until Feb. 26, before heading to Singapore for the next stop of the Eras Tour on March 2.

The Tortured Poets Department artist's latest outing comes after she was spotted leaving Melbourne, Australia, on Sunday wearing a Kansas City Chiefs cap and her diamond “TNT” tennis bracelet in tribute to her boyfriend Travis Kelce.

The black and white Chiefs cap had the words ‘Super Bowl Champions’ embroidered across the front, honoring Kelce’s team's victory against the San Francisco 49ers at the 2024 Super Bowl on Feb. 11.
