Is Taylor Swift going to attend the Miami Dolphins vs. Kansas City Chiefs playoff game this Saturday? Very likely, but it's not 100%.

For now, the international popstar has been taking a break from her three-and-a-half hour shows at football stadiums to attend games at football stadiums in support of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

Yet that break from performances isn't meant to last too long, since she's set to continue touring internationally starting Feb. 7 in Tokyo.

Swift ended her 2023 tour dates in Brazil on Nov. 26, performing surprise songs "Say Don't Go," a vault track from her most recent re-release 1989 (Taylor's Version), and "it's time to go," a vault track in her ninth studio album, evermore.

This NFL season, Swift attended numerous high-profile appearances at Chiefs games, including with her family on Christmas Day. This past Sunday, she attended the Golden Globes show where her Eras Tour movie was nominated for an award.

One Chiefs game in which Swift was a no-show was the November match-up against the Dolphins, which was played in Germany as part of the NFL's international schedule.

The last time the global star came to Florida was for her Tampa tour dates in April, where she performed three sold-out shows. Swift is scheduled to return to Florida in October to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, the home stadium of the Miami Dolphins, where she is slated for another round of three sold-out shows.

In Swift's last Florida visit, she brought an economic boost into the city of Tampa from her trio of shows.

Visit Tampa Bay's senior communications director Lissette Campos said Swift's shows more than doubled Hillsborough County's hotel revenues. This led to a 96% increase on April 13, about 101% increase on April 14 and about 109% increase on April 15. The Tampa Bay Times reported that the Raymond James Stadium, where she performed, may have gotten about $5 million from Swift's shows.

In 2023, the Eras Tour estimated gross ticket sales of $1 billion, the first tour to reach that milestone.

Swift's Miami shows could have a similar benefit for Miami's economy with her shows, since it brings hotel revenues, local business revenues and a boost in jobs. Miami's MAK Realty Group, a local luxury realty group, estimating about $30 million economic boost for the trio of Miami shows.
