Taron Egerton responds to rumors that he's the next Wolverine

Hugh Jackman brought superhero Wolverine to the big screen, for the first time, in the 2000 film "X-Men." He's reprised his role in several follow-up films, including 2017's "Logan." But after playing the clawed-mutant hero for 17 years, Jackman decided to quit the role. Taron Egerton, who starred with Jackman in the 2015 film "Eddie the Eagle," is rumored to be the next Wolverine. Is there any truth to all the gossip? Egerton told Yahoo Entertainment, "The only morsel of truth is that I'm a fan of the films." He added: "I don't know where it comes from. I'm flattered by baffled." Check out the video above for Egerton's response to the rumors.
