Tarek El Moussa Has 'One of My Favorite Family Days Yet' as He and Wife Heather Bring All Three Kids to Disney

The HGTV star shares his son Tristan with wife Heather, and is dad to Taylor and Brayden from a past relationship

Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa are bonding with their kids at the Happiest Place on Earth.

On Monday, April 15, the HGTV star, 42, shared a photo on his Instagram from his family's trip to Disneyland, which included all three of his kids. Posing next to wife Heather, 36, his daughter Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8, whom he shares with ex-wife Christina Hall, stood in front of them.

Next to Tarek, his mom Dominique holds baby Tristan, 14 months, whom Tarek shares with wife Heather. The family of five was also joined by a few of their kids' friends, smiling for a picture in front of the Disneyland train station.

"Rain or shine we were determined to do Disney yesterday! 🐭 And I have to say, it may have been one of my favorite family days yet!" Tarek wrote in his caption.

"Tay and Bray love going on all the rides now, especially the big ones! Tristan went on his first rides and it was so cute because he was in awe of all the lights and baby rides and it’s just the cutest thing I’ve ever seen!"

The dad of three also shared that his family had been "really getting into Disney" and had been thinking of taking a trip to Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

"So I want to know, what’s your biggest hack for surviving with 3 kids and what’s your favorite park?? Give me all of your Disney tips and tricks! 👏."

Earlier in April, Tarek joined host Jennifer Hudson on The Jennifer Hudson Show and discussed how it's been transitioning from a two-kid to a three-kid household after welcoming son Tristan last year.

"I finally feel like I'm ready to be a dad," Tarek joked.

"It's a different experience. When I was in my 20s when I had my daughter, I was young, I was building my business," he continued. "I was overwhelmed. I was stressed out. And today, I'm a little more established. I'm a little older. I'm a little wiser. So it's a different experience and I'm really enjoying it."

Asked if his older kids have been helping out with his baby boy, Tarek said it's been a mix.

"Well, my daughter is definitely helpful. My son? We're getting there," he laughed. "He loves to play with his brother. He'll play with his daughter all day long but helping? That's questionable."
