Tarek El Moussa is showing his fiancée, Heather Rae Young, some extra love on her birthday. On Thursday, the 40-year-old "Flipping 101" star shared a sweet tribute on Instagram to his lady love in honor of her 34th birthday. "I can't believe our wedding is weeks away and I'm marrying my best friend in the world. I'll say it again, she's the best person I've ever met," he wrote in part. The couple met in July 2019 and got engaged a year later when Tarek popped the question during a boat trip to Catalina Island, Calif.
