Two years after the final episode of Flip Or Flop, exes — and HGTV stars — Tarek El Moussa and Christina Hall are set to share the screen again in a new series for the network, The Flip Off.

The announcement was made at the Warner Bros. Discovery upfront presentation by Kathleen Finch, Chairman and CEO, US Networks, drawing some laughs from the audience.

“You laugh but you are going to watch,” Finch quipped.

Eleven years ago, HGTV’s Flip Or Flop helped usher a slew of home renovation shows starring couples and turned then-married new parents Tarek and Christina into instant celebrities. Flip Of Flop became a franchise with multiple spinoffs, but the mothership series came to an end after El Moussa and Hall’s much-publicized divorce.

Both of them remained in the HGTV fold and each has multiple series on the network.

“Now, the exes are back — along with their new spouses — for a throwdown competition to see who can find, buy, renovate, and flip a house for the biggest financial gain, and the chance at bragging rights,” Finch said.

The spouses include former Selling Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa and Joshua Hall.

The Flip Off will launch in early 2025 with a super-sized premiere, with HGTV promises that the duo “are sure to bring the flipping drama.”
