‘Taraji and Terrence’s White Hot Holidays’ Special
Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard took a small break from Cookie and Lucious to host Taraji and Terrence’s White Hot Holidays, an hour of Christmas carols and comedy from the stars of Empire. John Legend sang “Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town,” Mary J. Blige offered a smooth rendition of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” and legend Patti LaBelle teamed up with Legend for a soulful “O Holy Night.” Shifting gears from their Empire personas, Taraji and Terrence did sketches as a sleepless daughter amped up for Santa and an overworked father who’s just about had it with the legend of the fat man, as well as another salacious TV couple, Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West.
