Tank is back.

After declaring that his 2022 album, R&B MONEY, would be his last, Tank has retracted his retirement announcement with the arrival of a new single and tour.

On Friday (Mar. 8), the crooner teamed up with Fabolous for “Before We Get Started,” a groovy, sultry tune about him being aware that his lady is closed off emotionally, but things can still get done physically. He sings, “And before we get started/ I know your heart is guarded […] You can call me daddy, you could call me baby/ Body to body to body/ Girl, anywhere, I’ll take you there.”

While his diehard fanbase was still reeling over the new record, Tank and Live Nation Urban confirmed his upcoming R&B Money Tour. The show will be headlined by Tank with support from Keri Hilson and Carl Thomas. It also is the first tour to feature these three acts and signals the beginning of Tank’s next chapter.

The 25-city run kicks off on May 10 in New Orleans and will land in most major cities including Los Angeles, New York City, Atlanta, Houston, and Chicago before concluding on June 23 in Las Vegas. Find tickets here.

Artist presale starts on March 13 at 10 a.m. local time while the Ticketmaster presale begins on March 14 at 10 a.m. local times. General on-sale goes live on Friday, Mar. 15 at 10 a.m. local time. Several VIP-tiered packages will also be available for purchase which include a post-show meet-and-greet with Tank and an after party.
