Back in Season 11 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamra Judge impressed both her castmates and fans when she went through a vigorous training process for a bodybuilding competition. The blonde beauty blew people away even more when she went on to win the competition, reflecting on her success in a confessional.

"This competition was so important to me," she says through tears in the clip above. "It's not because 'I want the best body I can have' — it's not about that. With so many things out of control in my life [...] I just wanted to do something for me. I'm pretty freaking proud of myself!"

Though Tamra was impressed by her own incredible resilience throughout the process (including undergoing a strict diet regimen), the intensity of the experience didn't come easily.

During an exclusive interview with BravoTV.com, Tamra revealed if she would ever make a return to the bodybuilding world.

Will Tamra Judge ever return to bodybuilding?

"No no no no no," Tamra responded ... in so many words. 

"I like to train like that, but I don't want to restrict my calories," she clarified. "It's a very dangerous sport. When I did go through it, it really knocked my hormones out of whack [...] so I just don't want to go through that again. It's not a healthy sport." 

Tamra continued to explain her reasoning, adding how "maintain[ing] your stage appearance" also messed with her psychologically. 

"After that, you kind of get, like, body dysmorphia because you never look like that anymore," she explained. "Any little bump or bulge or dimple on your body ... it just really screws with your head. I prefer just to eat healthy, work out, and not do anything drastic."

Tamra Judge continues to focus on her health — and show off her body in the process

Though she may not return to bodybuilding, Tamra is still focused on her fitness and showing off all her best angles.

Tamra Judge Rocks a Cheeky Black Bikini in “Paradise”: “Living My Best Life”

In a June 13 Instagram video, Tamra ran into the blue ocean at sunset while enjoying a sun-filled vacation with her husband, Eddie Judge. For the clips, the OC mom wore a sultry black bikini that featured a crisscross halter-style top and pair of cheeky bottoms that showed off her backside.

“Living my best life in paradise,” Tamra captioned the video, also showing off the black Alo baseball cap ($58) and silver-rimmed square-shaped sunglasses she rocked for the occasion.
