Raghuraman: My fellow Democrats, please do not become overconfident based on these approval ratings. #1) Due to the Electoral College, The fate of the Presidency is in the hands of Pennsylvania (looks good), Michigan (looks good), Wisconsin (not so good) We simply cannot count on Arizona or North Carolina to deliver. 2) Young people and Hispanics included in the polls simply don't show up to vote (outside of Cuban American community) 3) Older whites in Florida along with the panhandle (which is basically deep south) is a Trump stronghold. My point is to go and vote like your life depends on it. Even if you are outside of the swing states, a Democrat House and Senate can act as a buffer to a possible Trump Presidency. As we can see from the past few months, your very existence and quality of life is in the hands of the representation we elect. The responsibility falls upon us Americans to elect people that have our best interests at heart
