The Talk - Sebastian Maniscalco on Robert DeNiro Playing His 'hair stylist' Father in New Film; 'it was crazy'

Sebastian Maniscalco visits "The Talk" and opens up his upcoming film "About My Father." "[It's] basically a love story between a father and a son, it's a comedy, I co-wrote it, loosely based on my life. Robert DeNiro plays my father." Natalie Morales asks, "What is that like when DeNiro is your father?" Maniscalco says, "So, DeNiro, the actor he is, wanted to know more about my dad. So my dad flew down to Oklahoma while he was shooting a movie. And he wanted to know how he wore his hat, what he had in his wallet, all that stuff. And then when we filmed, my dad's a hair stylist, so DeNiro wanted to know how to do highlights, because there's a scene where he's doing highlights. So my father comes down to teach DeNiro how to do hair. And I'm looking at this like, I can't believe this is happening. And my father comes up to me and says, 'How much am I getting paid for this?'...It was crazy, I never thought, when I came out here in 1998 that we would be talking about my father and being played by Robert DeNiro."
