Friday on "The Talk" Olivia Newton John reflects on 40th anniversary of hit song "Physical" Akbar Gbajabiamila says, "[The song] spent 10 weeks at number 1, which is longer than any other single in the 80's...Did you know it was going to be a hit?" Newton responds, "It was kind of a funny experience, because, yes, I did know it was going to be a hit. But after I finished recording it, I had a panic attack, and said to my manager, I think we need to pull it. I think I've gone too far, I think it's way to over the top. Because I hadn't really thought too much about that fact of the double entendre. I just knew it was a hit song...and here we are, 40 years later, who would ever dreamt it? So, very grateful." Amanda Kloots asks, "While shooting the music video, did you have any sense of how massively popular you were about to make aerobic wear?" Newton jokes, "I wish I had a company, that's all now. I should have started a headband company, right?" She adds, "I think that was the beginning of the kind of workout area, and Jane Fonda did an amazing job of doing videos. I should have thought a little quicker."
