"The Talk" host Marie Osmond gets emotional sharing story about being responsible for a car accident that almost killed her mother. Osmond says, "When I was 16, I was driving the car back from [the] 'Donny and Marie,' [show] and I had my mom in the front seat with me. I passed out... and when I came to, my face had bent the steering wheel. I almost lost this eye and my mom had gone into the windshield and crushed her lungs, and they said they didn't think she would make it through the night." Osmond says she felt her deceased grandfather's presence as she sat in her room that night, adding, "All of the sudden I saw him at the foot of my bed, and I said in my mind 'Grandpa are you here to take my mom?' And I said is she going to be okay? And he said, 'Yes.' And he was gone...It was a game changer for me on so many levels, in my life, it brought me such peace ... there is joy and happiness on the other side."
