The Talk - Jeri Ryan Spills on 'Star Trek: Picard'; 'Fans will be extremely satisfied'

Monday on "The Talk" Jeri Ryan discusses season two and teases the third and final season of "Star Trek: Picard." Jerry O'Connell asks, "Picard takes place in 2401, but you traveled back to the 21st century in 2024. What's going on?" Ryan explains, "There's a character called Q [John deLancie] who's this omniscient being, who changes something in the timeline and sends us all into this alternate, really dystopian, horrible, xenophobic alternate future. So we have to go back in time to fix this divergence in the timeline. So, we're back in Los Angeles in 2024...it was crazy, we were shooting in downtown LA on a bus and we'd pull over on the side of the road...and there's people walking by with their phones, and it's supposed to be top secret...but they managed to keep it under wraps."
