The Talk - Amanda Kloots 'Ready' to Go to Therapy; Says it's 'like going to church'

"The Talk" host Amanda Kloots opens up about seeking therapy while discussing Chris Rock's recent interview with "CBS This Morning" co-host Gayle King. Kloots admits, "I went to therapy for the first time in my life when I went through my divorce. It took me a while, actually, to go, and then once I was there, I realized this is still not the right time. And then a year later after my divorce is when I finally went back, when I was able to kind of talk about everything. And I'm just now actually realizing six months after Nick has passed that I think I'm ready to go to therapy now about everything that happened, the trauma that happened with Nick." She adds, "I equate going to therapy like going to church. You have to find your church. You have to find that place where you feel safe, where you can be honest, where you can be open...because [Chris Rock's] right, you have to have an honest conversation with your therapist in order to break those barriers down and actually heal."
