The Talk - Amanda Kloots on Overcoming 'panic attacks' After Nick Cordero's Passing

Amanda Kloots shares how therapy helped her overcome panic attacks after the passing of her husband, Nick Cordero. "When you're dealing with trauma there's a lot that's going on. I mean, I'm still dealing with it, like you don't really ever pass through it. And I was having these panic attacks, anxiety and panic attacks and I didn't know what they were from. And I was telling my therapist, and she was saying to me, 'Amanda, do you set boundaries for yourself?' And I was like, I don't know what you mean because I never really had."Kloots adds, "I would always say yes to people coming over and I didn't know how to let them know it was time for them to go. For me it was nice to have a guest. But at a half hour, I was like please leave my house. I was internally having a freak out moment. She finally encouraged me to really get bold and set those boundaries. It was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulder immediately when I started implementing these boundaries into my life."
