Nov. 26—Broadway singer Jessica Vosk is returning to Santa Fe at the Lensic Performing Arts Center on Friday, Dec. 1.

Vosk played the green witch Elphaba in the national tour of "Wicked" at the Kennedy Center. Since then, she has performed across the country, from the historic concert halls of Boston, to the iconic venues of the Bay Area.

In her return to Santa Fe, Jessica will sing a blend of her personal favorite selections and timeless holiday classics. The program will blend classic holiday tunes with songs from iconic artists like Joni Mitchell, Mariah Carey, Linda Ronstadt, Barbra Streisand and more.

Vosk made her Carnegie Hall debut in November 2021 in a sold-out solo show titled "My Golden Age," and returned to Carnegie Hall in 2022 to headline "Get Happy: A Judy Garland Centennial Celebration." Other recent highlights include debuts at London's Cadogan Hall, and at Symphony Hall with Celebrity Series of Boston and Washington Performing Arts. In June 2023 she debuted a new show at New York's 92nd Street Y as part of the Lyrics & Lyricists series: "California Dreamin'" featuring music of the singer songwriters of Laurel Canyon.

Vosk was featured performing "Defying Gravity" in the PBS Great Performances 50th Anniversary Concert. She starred as the Narrator in the Lincoln Center's 50th anniversary performance of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," reprising the role in 2022 at The Muny in St. Louis. Other recent theatrical highlights include joining the Atlantic Theater Company as Beth Ann in its production of Sarah Silverman's "The Bedwetter"; creating the role of Aunt Val in the world premiere of "Becoming Nancy" at Alliance Theatre in Atlanta; and becoming the first singer to star onstage with the New York City Ballet in "Something to Dance About," the company's tribute to Jerome Robbins. Vosk's other Broadway credits include "Finding Neverland," "The Bridges of Madison County" and as Fruma Sarah in the most recent revival of "Fiddler on the Roof."

Fans can join guests at 5 p.m. at the La Fonda for the Wintergreen Wonderland Gala in support of Performance Santa Fe Education.
