Taiji Ishimori Suffers Cervical Vertebra Injury, To Miss Rest Of NJPW Best Of Super Juniors

Taiji Ishimori has been sidelined by an injury.
On May 22, New Japan Pro-Wrestling announced that Ishimori sustained an injury to his cervical vertebra, so he will miss the rest of the NJPW Best of the Super Juniors tournament, as he will not be cleared to compete.
NJPW noted that Ishimori is able to recover at home, and while he is comfortable, there is no timetable for his return.
Taiji Ishimori suffered an injury to his cervical vertebra last night in Korakuen Hall, and will miss the remainder of #BOSJ30.

Due to the injury, TJP will win his scheduled match with Ishimori on May 23 by forfeit, so he will gain two points in the Best of the Super Juniors tournament.
