Reba McEntire says her name was attached to upcoming political fundraiser without permission.
“I think there was a collective gasp,” Nettles tells Yahoo Entertainment in an interview. “I absolutely felt it. And I thought: Great. I believe this is going to do what I want it to do, which is continue this conversation."
The 30-year-old country star is facing backlash after some perceived her to shade McEntire.
"Do you know it snowed in Las Vegas just a few weeks ago?" Reba McEntire asked the audience. "It was so cold, it froze us women out of Entertainer of the Year."
