George R.R. Martin says dead 'Game of Thrones' characters will live in the books

It’s no secret among Game of Thrones fans that the HBO show has already surpassed where George R.R. Martin is with the books, and that the show has occasionally strayed from the books, sometimes to the chagrin of Martin. We put together a list of characters that have been killed off in the show that are very much alive and well in the books, and we’d like to see them stay that way.
