Considering Atlanta’s rich Hip-Hop history, it only makes sense that the Georgia city held its own Hip-Hop 50 celebration this weekend as the culture officially turned 50.

ATL’s celebration of the genre found city legends and promising newcomers hitting the stage for its ATL Hip Hop 50 Concert: YESTERDAY, TODAY AND (404)-EVER, hosted by Mayor Andre Dickens, radio personality Ryan Cameron and So So Def founder Jermaine Dupri.

Going down at the Lakewood Amphitheater, T.I., Goodie Mob, EarthGang, Backbone, Crime Mob, Omeretta The Great, Scotty ATL and others hit the stage in honor of the culture that changed their lives and the world around us. Check out snaps from the free concert below.
