T.J. Holmes Has Amy Robach's Back in New PDA-Filled Instagram Pics as She Posts About 'True Love'

T.J. Holmes holds Amy Robach from behind in Holmes' new, PDA-filled Instagram post.T.J. Holmes showed off his school spirit — and a little game day affection — with Amy Robach.
The former GMA3 anchors attended a football game at Holmes’ alma mater, the University of Arkansas, where they cheered on the Razorbacks while cozying up on the sidelines.
Holmes, 46, shared several sweet shots from Saturday's gridiron faceoff via Instagram on Monday — including a photo of himself cuddling Robach, 50, from behind.
In the first photo, Robach holds hands with Holmes as they cheer on his team. (A University of Georgia alum herself, Robach even sported Razorback-red for the occasion.)

In the second picture, Robach wears stylish sunglasses while smiling widely and looking at Holmes. In the final photo, Holmes stands behind Robach and holds her hips as they watch the game.
Robach also shared a snap of her and Holmes' reserved seats at the matchup — in which the Razorbacks were defeated by the Mississippi State Bulldogs — with the playful Instagram caption: “Hog for a night. Dawg for life. #truelove.”
The journalists, who left ABC News in January, were seen riding a motorcycle together through New York City on Tuesday.
The couple is currently training for the New York City Marathon, and on Wednesday, Robach thanked Holmes for preparing her a post-run snack in an Instagram post.
Alongside a photo of herself running by the water and a photo of her post-run snack, Robach wrote, “Let the tapering begin... and a big thank you for the post run eggs and chorizo @officialtjholmes 😋”

Just days before their NYC motorcycle outing, Holmes settled his divorce from his wife of 12 years, Marilee Fiebig. The lawyer, 45, filed for a divorce from Holmes in December after his romance with Robach became public knowledge.
Robach is still legally married to actor Andrew Shue, though they reportedly split in summer 2022.

When news of Robach and Holmes’ romance first surfaced in November 2022, a source told PEOPLE that the couple “both broke up with their spouses in August within weeks of each other” and that their relationship “didn't start until after that.”
In June, a source close to Robach told PEOPLE that the pair were “still together, happy and trying to lie low” after deciding to part ways with ABC News in January a few months after their romance became public knowledge.
“It seems like for a while they weren’t bothering with that, but now they are making a concerted effort,” the insider said of the couple's increasing PDA, both at home and abroad.
