T.I. Addresses Police Brutality in New Song “We Will Not”

T.I. has been an active voice amongst the recent events in America. Just last month, the Atlantan rapper took part in the peaceful protest in his hometown that blocked off Interstate 75 and 85. Today, T.I. makes an official statement of sorts with a new song titled “We Will Not,” which takes aim at police brutality and the unjust judicial system.
Over production courtesy of Mars and Mike & Keys, T.I. spits relentlessly about what’s been on his mind, no holds barred. The end of the song features Malcolm X’s powerful speech, “Democracy is Hypocrisy,” which eerily predicted the country’s recent ongoings. Not only is this one of T.I.’s more impassioned offerings, but it’s also one of his best in recent memory.
