SZA came out on top in the 2023 Grammy nominations. She received nine bids from the Recording Academy, more than any other artist. Her recognition includes bids for Album of the Year (“SOS”) and Record and Song of the Year (“Kill Bill”). She has previously won just one Grammy in her career, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance as a featured artist on Doja Cat‘s hit single “Kiss Me More.” Check out the list of Grammy nominations here.
Following close behind with seven noms apiece are Phoebe Bridgers (including Record of the Year and Album of the Year for her work with the supergroup Boygenius), audio engineer and mixer Serban Ghenea and R&B singer Victoria Monét (including Record of the Year and Best New Artist). With six nominations are producer/songwriter Jack Antonoff, the eclectic Jon Batiste, alternative band Boygenius, Americana artist Brandy Clark, pop singer Miley Cyrus, singer/songwriter Billie Eilish, pop ingenue Olivia Rodrigo, and superstar Taylor Swift.
