SYTYCD: Girl vomits on Paula Abdul after dancing to Beyoncé

Dancing to Beyoncé on national television is enough to make anyone overwhelmed — and adding a hug from Paula Abdul might be enough to push you over the edge. That’s what Tahani learned after performing on Monday’s episode of So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation.
All started out well, with the 12-year-old contestant twirling in the spotlight to Queen Bey’s “Countdown.” She earned applause from the audience and the judges’ approval, moving on to the next round.
Upon sharing sweet embraces with Jason Derulo and Nigel Lythgoe, Tahani connected with Abdul. “I’m so proud of you,” she said. That’s when things quickly took a turn for the worse, with Tahani vomiting as the cameras rolled. “It’s okay, honey,” said Abdul, comforting the little girl.
Tahani apologized for the incident — “So sorry,” she said to Abdul — but later offered this explanation for what went wrong: “I hugged Nigel, and I hugged Paula. And she just squeezed me too tight. And all the happiness came out on her jacket.”
As for Abdul, she made it clear she’s “never had anyone just vomit on me like that.”
