Sylvester Stallone wants his daughters to have Rambo-like self-defense skills.

With Sophia and Sistine living in New York City, the Oscar-nominated actor, 77, decided in Wednesday’s The Family Stallone season 2 premiere to take them to train with the Defense Strategies Group.

According to Sistine, 25, Sly always tried to arm his kids with the ability to protect themselves growing up.

“He made us practice pepper spray each other,” Sistine said in a confessional interview. “Oh my God, that’s so bad! He put a little knife in my backpack in fourth grade.”

But Sly took safety series. “I’m not playing a game,” he said. “These are the guys that have seen combat, faced death. This is the real deal.”

The women started their training session by putting on boxing gloves and throwing punches with trainers Mike, a former Navy SEAL, and Nathan before taking it to the mat. Sly smoked a cigar while he watched.

“When am I ever going to be doing this in New York?” asked Sophia, 27.

“Every first date ever!” Sistine chimed in.

Sistine almost got a first date out of the self-defense class. She admitted in a confessional interview that Mike started DMing her.

“But I’m not his type and I’ll tell you why. He follows only girls that have really big curves and Sophia and I are like, boing,” Sistine said of her “stick figure” body type.

Also in the premiere, Sly announced that he and wife Jennifer Flavin Stallone decided to give up their house in California and make Palm Beach, Florida, their permanent home.

“After long, hard consideration, your mother and I have decided, time to move on and leave the state of California permanently, and we’re going to go to Florida,” the Rocky star announced.

Jennifer, 55, explained that, with her two oldest daughters in New York City and youngest Scarlet off at college at the University of Miami, “It’s an empty nest. I need to change it up.”

Sophia and Sistine approved of the move, but Scarlet didn’t want to say goodbye to her childhood home.

“I actually wanted to take over this house after you guys to raise my family,” Scarlet, 21, told Jennifer.

Even Sly didn’t fully love the idea.

“I don’t want to shake things up, but I know my wife wants big adventure,” Sly told his Lords of Flatbush costars Jon Lovitz and Henry Winkler.

He expressed his fears to Jennifer, too, but she felt confident about what awaited them in Florida.

Jennifer teased, “Being empty-nesters, we can get into a lot of trouble together.”

Sly knew he had to give Florida a shot.

“No matter how I’m feeling,” he said in a confessional interview, “I owe it to Jen to go through this move.”

The next two episodes follow the Stallones as they bid farewell to California with a family outing to Topgolf and a double date with Sly’s brother Frank, for whom they wanted to find a girlfriend to keep him company after they left.

“I’m so happy to be going back to the city,” Sophia said. “The energy, the people, the movement. I’m damn well excited.”
