Her 'Anyone but You' costar showed up twice during her hosting gig.

Live from New York, it's Sydney Sweeney shutting down rumors about her personal life.

While making her Saturday Night Live hosting debut, the Euphoria actress used her moment in the spotlight to address some of the wild gossip about her cooked up online recently — including that she had an affair with her Anyone but You costar Glen Powell while shooting the rom-com.

Calling that particular story the “craziest rumor” she’s seen, Sweeney said, “That's obviously not true. Me and my fiancé produced the movie together, and he was there the entire shoot.”

Referencing her longtime partner and co-producer, businessman Jonathan Davino, she continued: “I just want to let everyone know that he's the man of my dreams, and we're still together and stronger than ever. He even came here tonight to support me. Can we cut to him?"

But rather than showing Davino, the camera jumped to none other than Powell himself, enjoying the show from his seat in the crowd... at least until he realized the camera was on him.

"No, that's not my fiancé. He's in my dressing room,” Sweeney clarified as the audience cheered them on. From there, she officially kicked off the show — but that wasn't the end of the Sweeney-Powell jokes.

The Top Gun: Maverick star later returned to break Andrew Dismukes' heart during the “Loud Table” sketch. The SNL cast member played opposite Sweeney as one half of a couple desperately trying to enjoy an intimate restaurant dinner together. But once they finally thwarted interruptions from two boisterous groups, Sweeney’s character revealed that she has been cheating on her beau with her boss all along. Right on schedule, Powell showed up to whisk her away.

“Hey, baby cakes,” he said, stepping on stage. “Wanna get out of here?” And that they did, leaving Dismukes' character alone at the table.

Powell and Sweeney starred as the leads in last year's Anyone but You, a twist on Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing that follows two exes on an enemies-to-lovers trajectory after they hatch a fake dating scheme to trick their friends and family. Last year, they made headlines when fans spotted them looking cozy together in Australia — never mind that they were in the midst of shooting the film, and both in relationships.

“It was really hard on Glen, which made me sad,” Sweeney said while chatting with Glamour in 2023. “[Otherwise] it was such a beautiful experience for the both of us. I care for him so much.”

She went on to speculate that the obsession with those rumors stemmed from the fact that she is generally quiet about her romance with Davino.

“Everyone is always so curious about who I’m with and what’s that like, but I think it’s important to have something for me," she said. "I’m very open [otherwise]. I talk about so much and sometimes it gets me in trouble, but I do try to keep something for me."
