Susan Rice on state of the U.S. after 3 ½ years under Trump: ‘We are incompetent’

On Monday, former national security advisor and U.N. ambassador Susan Rice railed against President Trump on ‘The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.’ Rice believes the current administration has made the U.S. look “incompetent” in the eyes of our allies. She also believes that a Trump re-election would spell disaster for the country as we know it. “I'm deeply, deeply concerned that if we had four more years of this, we would not be an America that anybody can recognize,” said Rice. “The situation would be unsalvageable, our national security and standing in the world irreparably damaged.” She believes that the upcoming presidential election is so important, that she referred to as a “life or death situation.”
