LIARS! The whole lot of them! I'm referring, of course, to the cast of Survivor 45, who will begin battling for the million dollars Sept. 27 on CBS. That's when official introductions will be made and names, professions, and ages exchanged as the players hit the beach for the first time. (Or second, in the case of Bruce Perreault.) But how much of the information being offered is just a bunch of phony baloney? It turns out… a lot of it!

We spoke to the cast of Survivor 45 just days before the game began, and we asked the contestants what sort of secrets about themselves they would not tell the other players, and it seemed at times like they didn't want to tell them anything. Check out the video below to see all the lies that will be in play once the season kicks off.

First off, a whole lot of BS is going to get served up when it comes to professions. Not only are two of the lawyers not planning to reveal their jobs, but one of them is going to pull a reverse Sami Layadi and tell everyone she is five years younger than her actual age. Sure, lawyers lying about being lawyers is nothing new on this show, but now, thanks, to Cody Assenmacher, you have sales people afraid to reveal what they actually do.

"This is all Cody's fault, but I'm not telling anybody that I'm in sales," says Kaleb Gebrewold. "I mean, after Brian Heidik in season 5 as a used car salesman, I thought we were going to be fine. I didn't know if I'd have to lie about it. But him throwing Justine as hard as he did under the bus, the submarine, the plane, whatever you want to call it, I knew that I had to come up with something else."

He's not the only one. Dee Valladares is also worried about what her sales background might imply. "I don't want them to know that I've been in sales for my entire life because every time someone hears the word sales, they just obviously close up and they'll think that you're multiple people in one. That's definitely something I don't want them to know."

Brandon Donlon has no such employment concerns. What he plans to hide from the other Survivor players is how much he loves Survivor.  "I don't want the other players to know that I am very serious Survivor super fan," says Brandon. "I'm trying to downplay it as much as possible. I have a lot of fun in these interviews because I can spit facts and do this whole thing, but once I'm on the island, I just need to dumb it down. I need to play it cool. I'm not going to be rattling boot lists off like I do when I can't sleep at night to put me to sleep. I'm going to just be mellow, cool Brandon, and hopefully that works out for me."

Can he really keep up the ruse? We'll see when Survivor 45 premieres on Sept. 27. In the meantime, see the full menu of contestant lies in the video above.
