It's all about that Lava Sauce. But a flaming red taco shell sure doesn't hurt.
Yes, if you haven't heard yet, the '90s cult classic Volcano menu from Taco Bell is back, complete with that scrum-diddly-umptious Lava Sauce. And it is just as fiery as you remember. (Good gawd!)
I took a lunch break from making Taylor Swift-merchandise-line videos today to see if the long-forgotten menu items could possibly live up to my self-imposed hype. You can watch me stuff my face and give my honest reactions in the video above.
If you don't like watching people eat (I get it) and just want my ratings: the Volcano Taco is 10/10 and the Double Beef Volcano Burrito is 6/10. I would buy them both again.
But that Lava Sauce. It's not for the faint of heart. It's-a spicy! I'd buy it by the bucket and put it on anything. I'll update this story if I figure out how much a bucket of sauce might cost.
