This season of The Bachelorette has been one for the history books—between the two full-time bachelorettes, the 32 (!!) men, and, of course, the general confusion, chaos, and communication issues that ensued, it's been a doozy.

There's been plenty of tears, a villain or two, and some mid-season baby daddy drama. And now, one finalist has apologized after racist high school photos resurfaced on Reddit.

And unfortunately, only one leading Bachelorette will end their wine, cheese, and beach tours with a devoted partner, hoping to make it onto the list of couples from the Bachelor Universe who are still together.

Bless Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia for their persistence and dedication to finding love. It’s truly been a wild ride.

If you can’t wait till the finale to find out exactly what happens, you’ve come to the right place. Reality Steve dropped a *ton* of season 19 finale (and life update) spoilers and I am honestly confused, intrigued, and happy all at the same time.

The finale is spread over two nights, with only one episode left. So, let’s dive in while there's still time.

Warning: Spoilers ahead! Stop reading here if you don't want to know what happens during season 19 of The Bachelorette!

What happens during part 2 of the finale?

Last week, Bach Nation watched as a forlorn looking Rachel and an ecstatic Gabby observed their love lives playing out in front of a live audience. Fans saw both women reject all but one remaining guy, and now it's clear that Tino Franco and Erich Schwer are the only men left standing this season.

During part 2, fans will see at least one engagement, and I'm sure some of the men will come back for an IRL chat with the ladies, as well. But one thing's for sure: there's plenty of drama to go around.

Gabby ends up with Erich.

Yup, Gabby chooses Erich, and she seems pretty confident in her choice. But it's unclear if they actually get engaged during the final rose ceremony.

That's because at the end of part 1, Erich told Gabby that he wanted to take things slow. “In the real world, I want to date you,” he says to Gabby. “Getting engaged before that happens is usually not how things go."

Obviously, she wasn't super psyched to hear this, and Steve isn't certain they actually end up promising eternal love. However, Gabby definitely looked pretty happy watching her scenes with Erich last week, so things look good so far for these two.

Erich is facing some major backlash for a racist costume in high school.

After filming wrapped, what looks to be a high school costume day photo of Erich dressed as Jimi Hendrix circulated in a now-viral Reddit post, showing him in blackface and an afro wig.

Blackface is the practice of darkening the skin to look like a person of color. The racist act promotes "demeaning stereotypes of Black people," per CNN.

Erich apologized in an Instagram post a few days after the photo circulated, saying, “I wholeheartedly apologize for the insensitive photo of me in Blackface from my high school yearbook.”

He added, “What I thought at the time was a representation of my love for Jimi Hendrix, was nothing but ignorance. I was naïve to the hurtful implications of my actions to the Black community and those closest to me, and will forever regret my offensive and damaging behavior.”

Gabby has not made a statement about the controversy.

His ex also recently shared some brutal texts.

That wasn't the only issue Erich has faced so far. One of his exes also shared screenshots of texts he sent her before coming on the show. Apparently, just before filming for The Bachelorette, things were pretty serious with Erich and Amanda, but she dumped him after he told her he'd signed up to go on the dating show.

The texts make it sound like Erich wanted her to wait for him while he was on the show.

“I don’t believe Erich had any good intentions going on this show and I don’t believe anything to have changed,” Amanda wrote in a statement obtained by the Bachelornation.Scoop IG account. “He wanted the clout and he got it. I just hope he doesn’t continue to hurt anyone on this new path he is on.”

Again, no word from Gabby on this front, but it's not a good look for Erich. Perhaps part 2 of the finale will dive into this new drama.

Are Gabby and Erich still together?

Yes, as far as everyone knows, Gabby and Erich are still going strong, according to Reality Steve’s Sept. 7 podcast. “They are still together. Nothing new to report there. Whatever drama goes down in Mexico, it’s not like anyone else comes back for her,” Steve said. “They work through it and are together today.”

However, that doesn’t necessarily mean that the two are hitting up the wedding chapel. Steve can’t confirm what their official status is at the moment, but he said, that "the main thing that I double checked on was were they still together and I was told they absolutely are.”

But some people think things may have changed now that Erich is facing two different controversies.

Rachel gets engaged to Tino Franco.

This totally makes sense considering Tino got her first impression rose, etcetera, etcetera. He's been working his butt off all season, so I have to hand it to the man.

Are Rachel and Tino still together?

Nope. Despite her enthusiasm for a diamond ring, Rachel called off her engagement after filming, per Reality Steve’s Sept. 7 podcast. It was clear that Rachel wasn't super happy during the live viewing of the first part of the finale, and now fans know why, thanks to Reality Steve.

“Rachel broke up with Tino and they are no longer engaged,” Steve said. “They’re broken up, and there won’t be any sort of reconciliation at the ATFR from everything I’ve heard. It’s over.”

After Rachel broke things off, "this is when the relationship was murky, communication was poor, and during a night out, Tino kissed another girl. There wasn’t sex, and it wasn’t an ongoing thing,” he said. And when Tino told Rachel about the kiss, she ended things. Yikes.

Where is the finale filmed?

The Neil Lane diamonds are going to be presented to each gal in Mexico, according to Reality Steve.

When does last finale episode air?

Double the Bachelorettes…and, of course, double the finale! The final episode of the season finale will hit screens on Sept. 20.

Some of Gabby and Rachel's men show up again on 'Bachelor in Paradise.'

Two men, Jacob Rapini and Logan Palmer, will hit the beach in the initial cast for Bachelor in Paradise Season 8.

Reality Steve thought there could be as many as eight guys from Gabby and Rachel's season, but everyone will have to wait and see who makes it.

Gabby and Rachel will also make an appearance in 'Bachelor in Paradise.'

Gabby and Rachel's journey to true love may be over, but that doesn't mean that their TV time is up.

The ladies make an appearance toward the end of Bachelor in Paradise season 8. They tell Kate Gallivan, a contestant from The Bachelor season 26 with Clayton Echard, about how Logan Palmer, a 26-year-old videographer from San Diego, California and a contestant from Gabby and Rachel’s Bachelorette season, switched from Gabby to Rachel in the middle of The Bachelorette season 19, Reality Steve reported.

Kate apparently takes that info to heart. She and Logan end up breaking up and they leave the beach single.

Casting for 'The Bachelor' already kicked off.

Casting for contestants on The Bachelor season 27 started in August 2022, per Reality Steve. While the next Bachelor hasn't officially been announced yet, *major spoiler alert*, Steve says it's going to be Zach Shallcross! And he has the receipts.

As for the ladies who will meet this bachelor, Steve reported on Aug. 11 that “casting weekend for The Bachelor was last weekend." He explained that there are several casting weekends, and that women receive acceptance letters. But that doesn't necessarily mean that they'll make it on air.

"You’re technically not on the show until you exit that limo night 1," he writes. "There’s always a chance to get cut last minute. But are their [SIC] pageant girls being looked at for next season? Of course.”
