Supergirl’s a Super-Babysitter
On Monday’s episode of Supergirl, Kara added another duty to her chores list: babysitting her boss’s kid. Cat had to go out of town to receive an award, so Kara volunteered to watch her son, Carter. Kara had a seemingly easy job, as Carter is a good kid with a fascination for Supergirl, but his fascination was almost his undoing.
While Kara was moonlighting as Supergirl, Carter snuck away and found himself in the midst of a terrorist plot to blow up a new high-speed train. Luckily, Supergirl came to the rescue, and not only did she manage to save everyone except the suicide bomber, but she also commended Carter’s adoration for her.
We also found out more about James Olsen and Lucy Lane’s relationship. It turns out the two blamed each other for letting their romance dissolve, but as fate would have it, they got back together by the end of the episode. Sorry, Kara, looks like you’re just gonna have to wait.
