Their monotonous life turns disastrous when the husband unexpectedly discovers his wife’s infidelity, leading to unexpected events.

Meanwhile, a group of sexually curious teenagers fulfill their forbidden fantasy of watching an adult film, but soon, one of the boys named Soori realizes his mother Leela stars in the adult film. In a fit of rage, he runs to confront her, only to get fatally injured. However, his faith healer father refuses to take him to the hospital, leading to much chaos. How these four scenarios eventually converge, forms the rest of the story.

Super Deluxe features a stellar cast, including Fahadh Faasil as Mugil, Vijay Sethupathi as Shilpa, Samantha Ruth Prabhu as Vaembu, Ramya Krishnan as Leela, Gayathrie as Jyothi, and Naveen as Soori, among others.
