Summer House’s West Wilson Reveals DMs He Got From Austen Kroll
West Wilson has the hots for Ciara Miller on Summer House. But her past relationship with Austen Kroll from Southern Charm has put a damper on things.
“I think I’m scared of, like, [a relationship with a cast member] blowing up in my face again,” Ciara said in an earlier episode. “It makes it harder to put yourself out there because it’s like, I was already embarrassed one time, you know?”
During the Summer House After Show, West discussed his feelings about Austen. “I’m so f*cking tired of hearing that f*cking guy’s name,” he said. “It’s unreal. Everyone brings him up all the time. [Austen] has nothing to do with me. [I] don’t care.” West continued saying he knows Austen “f*cked [Ciara] up [and] over. But why do I have to talk about it all the f*cking time?”
Austen apologized to West via Instagram DMs…
When West appeared on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live last week, he revealed a lot of behind-the-scenes tea about Summer House Season 8. The Bravo newbie also offered up the news that Austen sent him a DM about his above comments.
“[Austen] was like, ‘Dude, so sorry,’ [and] lent a helping hand, and basically [we made] a quick little truce in the Instagram DMs,” West said. He also mentioned they followed each other right after.
Later, he told Andy that his comments weren’t entirely about Austen. “It’s everyone else,” he said.
West also opened up about what attracted him to Ciara in the first place. “This is kind of a boring answer, but she was the first person in the house, aside from, I guess, Kyle [Cooke] driving through traffic, to make a gesture that basically welcomed me,” he said.
