Vets-to-Vets Café 

DOVER — The monthly Vet-To-Vet Café hosted by Wentworth Hospice and Langdon Place of Dover will be held on Tuesday, July 11, at Langdon Place of Dover, 60 Middle Road.  Veterans from World War II, Korean Conflict, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan wars are welcome to participate. Current veterans serving are also welcome to attend. An Evening with Author Lisa See

DOVER — Join New York Times bestselling author Lisa See virtually as she talks about her new book “Lady Tan’s Circle of Women,” a captivating story of women helping other women. Brought to you by the Dover Public Library, “An Evening with Author Lisa See” takes place on Wednesday, July 12 at 7 p.m. This program is free and open to the public. HRCU Summer Concert Series: Island Mike

BARRINGTON — Island Mike will perform at the HRCU Summer Concert Series at Barrington Town Center, 625 Calef Highway, on July 13 from 6 to 8 p.m. This is the first concert in the Summer Concert Series.

History of Creek Farm

PORTSMOUTH — Did you know the Little Harbor Chapel and Carey Cottage were built by the same family?  The Forest Society Education Center at Creek Farm will host a PowerPoint presentation on the most recent history of Creek Farm on Sunday, July 16, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Following the presentation, bring a picnic lunch and take a walk along the Little Harbor Loop Trail, enjoying the natural beauty of Creek Farm’s mix of indigenous and imported flora and fauna, Sagamore Creek, and more.
