Stormy Daniels Denies Affair With Donald Trump: ‘It Never Happened’

Porn star Stormy Daniels, who has recently made headlines with reports that she had an affair with Donald Trump before he became president, has issued a statement denying that the affair took place.

In the statement, the authenticity of which has been verified with a representative of Daniels, states, “Over the past few weeks I have been asked countless times to comment on reports of an alleged sexual relationship I had with Donald Trump many, many, many years ago.”

The statement continues, “The fact of the matter is that each party to this alleged affair denied its existence on 2006, 2011, 2016, 2017 and now again in 2018. I am not denying this affair because I was paid ‘hush money’ as has been reported in overseas owned tabloids. I am denying this affair because it never happened.”

Daniels, who is scheduled to appear on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” following Trump’s State of the Union address Tuesday, added, “I will have no further comment on this matter.”

Daniels’ statement seemingly contradicts a purported interview that she gave to In Touch Weekly in 2011, but was only published earlier this month, after reports of the alleged affair surfaced.

In the In Touch piece, Daniels is quoted as saying that there was nothing terribly unique about the lovemaking between her and Trump.

“[The sex] was textbook generic,” Daniels told the publication. It “was nothing crazy. It was one position, what you would expect someone his age to do.”

TheWrap has reached out to a representative of In Touch for comment on Daniels’ statement.

According to In Touch, Daniels told the magazine she met the then-“Apprentice” host at a celebrity golf tournament in Nevada in 2006 — a year after Trump had married Melania and just a few months after the birth of their son, Barron.

Trump’s lawyer once again told In Touch the president “vehemently” denies “any such occurrence, as has Ms. Daniels.”

Prior to the In Touch report, the Wall Street Journal reported that Daniels was paid $130,000 in hush money in October 2016. Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen stated that the adult film performer denied the accusations. But WSJ reporters were not able to verify that directly with Daniels.
