The month of love is over and now it's time to plan for March.

The 209BEATDOWN XXI, Annual Stockton Chinese New Year Celebration and Los Tigres del Norte in concert are just some of the events to look forward to this month.

Here are 15 things to do this March in Stockton.

209BEATDOWN XXI

Live MMA Cage Fighting, 209BEATDOWN XXI will be in Stockton.

"Get ready for an action-packed event filled with thrilling fights, adrenaline, and unforgettable moments," Visit Stockton website states.

Tickets start at $40 for the balcony and $55 for general admission main floor.

Bob McMillen Annual Memorial Fishing Tournament

The Annual Bob McMillen Memorial Fishing Tournament is happening at the Oak Grove Regional Park this weekend.

The annual event is presented by the San Joaquin County Parks and Recreation and Delta Fly Fishers.

Roughly 2,000 pounds of Rainbow Trout will be stocked in the 10-acre lake for the event, according to Visit Stockton's website.

There will be three different age group competitions.

The park will open at 6:15 a.m. for the event. Registration will close at 10 a.m. with the last weigh-in at 12:30 p.m. There will be a limit of five trouts. Fishing equipment will not be provided.

While there will be no fee for the event, a $5 fishing permit fee and a valid California Fishing License are required for participants 16 years old and up.

Parking is $6 cash only.

Manteca Quilt Show

Drive to Manteca for their Annual Quilt & Fiber Arts Show with quilts and quilted fashions on display, vendors and raffle baskets.

"The show boasts more than 100 quilts, soft dolls, and wearable arts exhibits," Visit Stockton website states.

Stockton Kings games

NBA G League, the Stockton Kings are having seven home games this March at the Adventist Health Arena in Stockton.

Their first game of the month is on Friday, March 1 against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. Their last March game will be on March 23 at 5 p.m. against the Santa Cruz Warriors.

On March 21, the Stockton Kings will be having a Women’s Empowerment game.

Annual Stockton Chinese New Year Celebration

The Annual Stockton Chinese New Year Celebration will be held on Saturday, March 9.

Doors will open at 10 a.m. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for seniors, and free for kids under 10 years old.

Annual Snow Day at Quail Lakes Baptist Church

The annual Snow Day is back at the Quail Lakes Baptist Church with snow, hot dogs, chips and more.

Forty tons of snow will be dropped off for children to play in, Visit Stockton's website states.

2nd Saturdays for Families at the Haggin Museum

The Haggin Museum is hosting its 2nd Saturdays for Families on March 9.

"Celebrate artist J. C. Leyendecker’s 150th birthday by creating 3-D pieces of art that showcase his well-known skill of drawing and painting hands," the Haggin Museum website states.

The 2nd Saturdays for Families events are for children ages 5-12. Some activities may include art or interactive projects and museum events. While reservations are not required seating is available on a first come-first served basis, the museum website states.

Materials and activities are free with regular admission to the Haggin Museum. Tickets are $8 adults, $7 seniors and military, $5 youth 10-17 years old and students with ID. Admission is free for museum members and children under 10 years old.

Queens, Kings & Comedy

Queens, Kings & Comedy is bringing drag to the 209.

An event presented by the Central Valley Gender Health & Wellness with drag and comedy performances.

"This spectacular night will feature the region’s most beloved drag queens and kings, alongside the comedic brilliance of Tara Rico and friends," Visit Stockton Website states. "Immerse yourself in a world of dazzling costumes, magnetic performances, and non-stop laughter—all in support of gender health and wellness."

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show will begin at 8 p.m. General admission tickets start at $20.

"Reloaded" Gabriel Flores Jr WBA Continental Title Fight at the Adventist Health Arena

Norteño band Los Tigres del Norte will be performing at the Adventist Health Arena this month. The "La Puerta Negra" and "Golpez en el Corazón," band is on tour as part of the Siempre Contigo Tour.

Jurassic Quest is a "Dino event" with "life-size dinosaurs" and "stationary dinosaur rides." This is a two-day event at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds, the Visit Stockton website states

At Jurrasic Quest, you can ride a dino, create a dino craft, dig for fossils, and walk with dinosaurs. General admission starts at $22.
