Stocks surge to new highs as Facebook lifts Nasdaq

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are rallying at the midday mark, with the consumer discretionary (XLY) and tech (XLK) sectors surging higher, while the industrial sector (XLI) is the most in the red. Alan Valdes, director of floor operations at Silverbear, joins us live from the New York Stock Exchange.
