Winners and losers

Stocks in the red today include Boston Scientific as the medical devicemaker pulled out of the Piper Jaffray Healthcare conference today, Xunlei as the Chinese cloud company said its name had been used without authorization by another firm, and AMD – shares getting sliced on a Mizuho note claiming the boom chipmakers got from crypto-mining will soon be over.

Stocks in the green today include Rockwell Collins as Emerson ended its takeover attempt for the company, investors likely betting that this is far from over, Thor Industries as the maker of Airstream RVs beat on both the top and bottom lines, and Buffalo Wild Wings – shares flaming hot as the wing chain will be bought by Arby’s parent Roark Capital for $2.4 billion.
