Stocks fly—setting record highs as tech, energy lead

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are setting record highs in 2018 for the second day in a row. The energy (XLE) and tech (XLK) sectors are leading the way up, with the utilities (XLU) and telecom (IYZ) sectors the most in the red.
