Steve Harvey Intimidated by Professional Fighters on ‘Family Feud’
It was a bare-knuckle brawl on Celebrity Family Feud as Victor Ortiz and company squared off against “Sugar” Shane Mosley and friends. The show started with Victor hitting his buzzer before Steve could even finish reading the category, something for which Steve typically mocks a contestant, but the Feud host just let it slide. It seemed as though Steve didn’t want to start a feud with any of his boxing contestants.
Later in the game, Ray Mercer and James Toney came face-to-face before battling it out, as if they were standing in the middle of a boxing ring. The rest of the guys came out to separate the two boxers, and Victor gave Steve a hard time for not separating them himself. Harvey told the guys that he’s the host and that “you don’t get in the middle of heavyweights when they’re doing what they do.”
Celebrity Family Feud airs Sundays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
