Steve Harvey Confronts Kenan Thompson About Impersonating Him on ‘SNL’

After years of playing Steve Harvey in Saturday Night Live sketches, Kenan Thompson was summoned to Harvey’s daytime show to talk about it. Now, Harvey has played up his annoyance with Thompson’s impression of him; he even confronted Seth Meyers about it just because he worked with Thompson on SNL. The interview also included a sweet moment. Thompson played Junior on Harvey’s ’90s sitcom. He recalled how he learned a lot from watching Harvey have to work after Harvey lost his mother. “You told me it was the hardest thing you ever had to do,” recalled Thompson, “so that made me really not fear performing, you know what I’m saying?
