It's been 12 years since Steve Carell first took on the role of Gru in the original "Despicable Me!" At the premiere of the latest film in the franchise, "Minions: The Rise of Gru," the actor shared his memories of seeing the first animations for the project. Steve also reacted to his "Crazy, Stupid, Love" co-star Ryan Gosling taking on the role of Ken in "Barbie." "He's perfect. I mean, he is the picture of manhood. Can I say that?" he quipped. "Minions: The Risee of Gru" hits theaters July 1.
