Stephen “tWitch” Boss’ Wife Allison Holker Thanks Fans For Their Support After His Sudden Death

Stephen “tWitch” Boss was an amazingly gifted dancer. He was also a talented DJ and television personality. Stephen’s accolades in the entertainment industry were many. And he had countless fans and devoted friends.

In 2013, Stephen wed Allison Holker. Allison was a former dance pro on Dancing with the Stars and contestant on So You Think You Can Dance. tWitch adopted Allison’s daughter from a previous relationship. The couple welcomed two more kids. Everything appeared to be in order, and everyone appeared to be happy. Stephen continued to flourish in show business and was not outwardly battling signs of distress.

But we all know by now you can’t judge a book by its cover. Unfortunately Stephen was struggling with some issues and committed suicide on December 13, 2022. So many questions were left unanswered for Allison. Suddenly she needed to navigate the death of her husband by his own hand. It was a devastating time for the family. But Allison did provide the blueprint on how to gracefully manage a loss.

She hosted a private funeral for Stephen’s close family members. An additional celebration of his life for Stephen’s friends and co-workers came at a later date. Allison even created a charity that will focus on those suffering from mental health issues.

Hopefully Allison is taking a deep breath and allowing herself a moment. After all of the services are done and the people offering condolences have walked away, Allison wanted to give thanks.

According to Page Six, in a video message posted to Instagram, the former DWTS pro spoke about the “very challenging and emotional” time she and her family have gone through since her husband’s unexpected passing.

Allison said, “You guys have brought so much hope and inspiration to us by sharing stories and memories and moments in different ways Stephen impacted your life. It’s brought us so much hope and inspiration.”

She added, “He was someone who was just beautiful. He lived his life from love and he made you feel a certain way. My family and I have always said we wanted to make sure that our purpose was lived out by bringing joy to people.”

Despite the fact that things may “feel a little different” today, Allison is aware of her new “purpose” going forward. “We’ll still do that to this day, and hope that we can remember the feeling that he gave us and remember the we can still move from there.”

“I will always be there for you guys. I appreciate you guys being there for us at this moment. It goes a really far way for us.” Allison concluded, “So thank you, and I hope you guys remember how special you are and how much of an impact you make around the world, and continue to move from there. We love you guys.”
